The timing will be 0:45 of strength, 0:15 of cardio and then 0:30 of rest. Let’s do it!
3 MINUTE WARM UP
1 . One Arm Row – Right (45 seconds)
Speed Squat (15 seconds)

2. One Arm Row- Left (45 seconds)

3. Lateral Lunge Touch – Right (45 seconds)
Dumbbell Jog In Place (15 seconds)
REST (30 seconds)
4. Lateral Lunge Touch- Left (45 seconds)
Dumbbell Jog In Place (15 seconds)

5. Tricep Dips (45 seconds)
Jump Squats (15 seconds)
