The goal each week is to improve! The only way you know you are improving is if you are tracking… so get those pens out … and write those numbers down!

Today we are doing SUPER SETS again! If you remember them they are a bit different timing-wise than previous weeks .. so I suggest you take a moment to preview the lineup to get situated for today’s workout.
For our BIKINI BODY MOMMY SUPER SETS we will be doing 2 exercises before we rest.
We will do the first exercise for 45 seconds, the second for 15 seconds, and then rest for 30 seconds … make sense?
We have 8 rounds of super sets today ..Set your interval timers for 45 seconds of WORK, 15 seconds of work and THEN 30 seconds of REST.
3 MINUTE WARM UP
1. Squat Press(45 seconds)
Jog in Place(15 seconds)

2. Dive Bomber Push Ups (45 seconds)
Mountain Climbers (15 seconds)
30 seconds rest
3. Rear Foot Elevate Split Squat (Right) (45 seconds)

4. Rear Foot Elevate Split Squat (Left) (45 seconds)

5. Bicep Curl Twist (45 seconds)

DAY 43
Ok… so I clearly haven’t published a journal entry in the last 2 days, and there is a reason for that! Mr. BikiniBodyMommy traveled out of town on Friday, and left the kids and I to our own devices.
How have we faired in his absence? TERRIBLY.
Over the last 48 hours my nutrition has completely fell apart. We’ve been ordering in or eating out nearly every meal and my body feels like it’s ballooned up over night.
This made for an interesting set up for filming the NEW WORKOUT TODAY! I felt HORRIBLE, I looked horrible, and I’m beyond frustrated with myself for the complete lack of effort to stick to my plan.
The only good thing to come out of the frustration was the fact that it forced me to really rein it in today, and make sure that I had a plan for tomorrow! I went grocery shopping, prepped my snacks for the week, and had an awesome workout.
